Return and Refund Policy

Each Yugen Print is made to order at the time of purchase. Because every print is produced individually for the customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We do, however, stand behind the quality of every print we ship.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged in transit, has a printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

To report an issue:

— Email us at hello@yugenprint.com within 14 days of delivery
— Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect
— We will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local postal service. If the order remains missing after 7 days, contact us at hello@yugenprint.com and we will investigate with our shipping partners.

For international orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting non-delivery — particularly for shipments to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, and other regions where transit can take up to 30 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for funds to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase by emailing hello@yugenprint.com. After this window, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.
