Moonrise through mist. A full moon lifts behind a veil of fog while a cluster of lotus dissolves at the waterline, its long reflection drawn down into still water. In warm ink wash, alive with the energy of a pond at first light — the mist not yet lifted, the moon not yet faded, the world holding its breath between night and morning. This piece is rooted in three intersecting Japanese principles:

• Yūgen (幽玄) — the profound, mysterious sense of beauty
• Ma (間) — the eloquence of negative space

Every print is made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, has a printing defect or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Return and refund policy

Keep it out of long periods of direct sunlight, and frame it behind UV-protective glass to keep it looking its best. Handle by the edges with clean hands, and store flat or framed. Wipe off any dust gently with a clean, dry cloth.
