Fugu Puff, Ink Pufferfish

Every Yugen piece is a digital design inspired by sumi-e ink painting, developed with the help of digital and AI tools and finished in the studio. Each one is a print, not a hand-painted original, made to order by JONDO, our print partner, including for UK and EU orders.

8x12 and the 14x14, 16x16 and 20x20 squares are printed on Fine Art paper only.

A single pufferfish drifts fully puffed and round, drawn in soft grey and black sumi-e ink with a few quick strokes for its spines and fins, floating weightless against quiet cream paper. This digital artwork is printed to order on your choice of Matte or Fine Art (archival) paper and brings a calm, gently comical presence to a reading nook, nursery, kitchen, or any wall that could use a little quiet warmth.
