The Japanese have a word, mono no aware, for the gentle ache of impermanence: the awareness that a maple leaf is most beautiful in the moment it is about to fall. This piece holds that moment. In the spirit of classical sumi-e: nothing refined, nothing softened, only what is essential. For those who want their walls to honor the quiet weight of a single season.

Every Yugen piece is a digital design inspired by sumi-e ink painting, developed with the help of digital and AI tools and finished in the studio.
